1. buy firm tofu
2. press between 2 kitchen papers and cutting board with something heavy for 20 mins, let it sit in the fridge overnight
3. gently dry the tofu with kitchen paper before stir frying in sunflower oil* on medium heat until golden brown
4. to make homemade honey teriyaki sauce, mix 2 spoons of honey, 2 spoons of soy sauce, a bit of garlic and ginger*.
5. marinate the tofu and stir well on low heat for 3/4 mins before serving with some miso soup! or just immediately eat it!
* im allergic to sesame so i dont use sesame oil/seeds but you should (unless you are allergic too then you probably shouldn't)
